It’s time to adjust your skincare regimen with potent, hydrating and exfoliating ingredients.
Typically in certain climates skin becomes drier, lacks moisture including those who’s skin maybe on the oily side. We all need to transition into a winter/fall routine. Let’s start with these simple do’s and dont’s.
Limit harsh soaps, sanitizers, and products with heavy fragrant synthetic scents, which tend to leave the skin drier and can be very irritating to sensitive and rosacea skin types.
Take fewer showers, with less heat, as to maintain hydration for smooth soft skin.
Instead gently exfoliate the face and body once a week with non-clogging oil based scrubs.
Use a cream instead of lotion, such as night cremes, and body butters which will provide a better moisture barrier.
Incorporate serum’s and masks that are healing, hydrating, and exfoliating, such as peels, aloe or honey based masks, serums such as Plant stem Cells, vitamin C & vitamin E which are not only hydrating, but will have powerful antioxidant properties.
