At In-Symmetry Spa we are supporters, fixers, coaches, for our clients to help them lead a healthy, pain-free lifestyle. We miss working with our clients and nurturing them into wellness, especially when there is so much need for this kind of work.
We’ve been weathering this pandemic for 6 months now, and for many of us it’s taken a toll on our minds and bodies. So many people are struggling with frustration and have slipped out of their self-care routines and into unhealthy eating and exercise habits. Us included!
But it’s never too late to turn things around. Now is a great time to get back to basics, take care of our bodies, and nurture ourselves back to being our best selves.
Recently, we went on a health journey where we made a 21-day commitment to improve our diet and strength. It wasn’t easy, but it felt so good! Each day that we went through it, we felt ourselves getting stronger, having more energy, and feeling more clear-headed. We experienced so much benefit from it that we’re doing it again, and this time we want you to join us.
Starting October 5, we will embark on a 21-Day Health Challenge – Join us!
You can follow the protocol that we’re going to follow or you can decide on your own rules to follow. Our particular challenge is to workout every day for a half an hour and replace low nutrition foods with foods of high nutritional value. To help us do this, we’re choosing to replace one meal per day with a high nutrition shake from Shakeology, and we are joining the Beachbody exercise video program.
Over the next couple weeks, we’ll send you some tips on how to prep yourself and your kitchen to do your own 21-Day Health Challenge along with us. Starting October 5, we’ll be providing support and advice in the form of sharing our own progress, encouragement along the way, tasty recipes, our favorite workouts, and general advice to strengthen your foundational health and wellness.
