Your time is very special to us, and reserved just for you.
Cancellations & Reschedules
​You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment, to avoid being billed in full for services reserved.
Late Arrivals
Times have been arranged specifically for you. Unfortunately if you arrive late, we can't extend your treatment start and end times beyond the window which we have reserved for you. We will do our best to modify your treatment to maximize your remaining scheduled time but we are unable to compromise our next appointment. Depending upon how late you arrive and the type of service you have booked, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to complete a treatment before the end time of your session. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for paying full price.

No Shows
Anyone who either forgets or decides to skip their appointment without contacting us will be considered a “no-show” and charged the full amount for their missed appointment.
